
The community comes together to sign a beam in celebration of the Courtyard at La Brea, a new 32-unit affordable housing community by nonprofit developer West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation and under construction in West Hollywood.

Union Bank was named the 2011 Financial Supporter of the Year by the Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing (SCANPH). The SCANPH awards are among the most prominent and most highly respected honors in the affordable housing industry in California.
The award was accepted by Vice President and Southern California Market Manager Johanna Gullick (above right), joined by Senior Vice President and Originations Manager Terce Sandifer (above left).
